Shipping:

• we only ship to the 48 contiguous States
• for shipping to Canada please call our toll free number for a quote prior to purchase. Some products are unavailable outside the continental U.S.
• we only provide shipment by ground
  
• allow 48 hours for order processing
• once shipped delivery will be within 5 business days
• shipping will be via UPS or FedEx
• you will be provided the shipment tracking number via email

Returns: (General)

• You must always contact Baby and Pet Gates first,  via email or by our 1-866-643-7596 phone number 
• We will work with the manufacturers to get you an RMA number
• We will send you the address to return your gate to and provide information for proper labeling
• You will be refunded once your gate has been received by the manufacturer and the manufacturer has had time to inspect the gate for damages. Please allow up to 14 days after receipt by manufacturer.
  

Returns: (Cardinal Gates)

• Manufacturer will not accept returns if the product has already been installed at your home
• Manufacturer will not accept returns that are not in the original packaging
• Replacements are available within the first 30 days after delivery to you
• you must pay the return shipping costs (one way)
• Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee
• Manufacturer will not accept returns after 60 days from the delivery date

Returns: (Dream Baby and Bindaboo)

• Manufacturer will not accept returns if the product had been installed
• Manufacturer will not accept returns that are not in the original packaging
• Replacements are available within the first 30 days
• Returns will not be accepted unless prior written authorization is received and a "return authority" number is issued by an authorized officer of Tee-Zed.
• All goods returned must be freight prepaid and original invoice and return authority number quoted.
• 25% restocking fee will apply to all non-warranty returns

Returns: (Dynamic Accents)

• Returns for an exchange of an undamaged and unused product are available within the first 5 days after delivery.
• Products returned for refund and not exchange, are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
  
• Product must be returned in NEW condition, in the original packaging, including any documentation and accessories.
  
• Product not returned in this manner, or products that have been damaged by pets or pet owners are not eligible for refund.
• Upon receipt of return, Dynamic Accents will inspect the returned product.
• Please allow up to 14 days from receipt for credit to be issued.

Warranty:

• Manufacturer Defects:
  In the event that a product is defective upon consumer receipt, we require that
  our customer request a Return Authorization number from Dynamic Accents and
  that the consumer return the defective product to us at our expense. We will
  expedite a replacement product directly to the consumer from our warehouse.
  In the event that the product fails under NORMAL usages conditions within 1
  year of the consumer purchase date, we will honor this replacement in full policy.
  We will require proof of purchase date from the consumer.
• Freight Damages:
  While we are confident that our packaging standards are adequate to protect our
  products under normal handling while in-transit, we realize that inevitably, freight
  damage can and will occur. We firmly believe that transportation companies
  need to be responsible for mishandling freight and will work with our customers
  to ensure that their freight claims with their carriers are resolved to their
  satisfaction. When reasonably deemed by our customers that damage is due to
  inadequate packaging or pallet configuration of the product, we limit our liability
  on damages to 5% of total invoice.
