Find a better price on the exact same product and we will match it down to as low as our product break even costs on the sale!  This means that in most cases we will match the price you find elsewhere and still give you the BEST customer service, with no automated answering machines or customer service reps who know very little, if anything, about the products. Heres how to get a Price Match:

1.     All you need to do is send us an email and provide us with the best number to reach you at, along with your zip code, the name and model number of our product, and the website address of our competitors product so we know exactly where you found the lower price. If it is the same product, brand new, direct from the manufacturer, with free delivery, then we will match the price down to our breakeven point.

2.    We will try to get back to you within one business day, Monday through Friday with an answer. If the requirements are met (brand new, free delivery, etc.) a direct link to a special price for you will be given.  If the requirements are not met, we will give you a call or email you to explain to you the problem.  This is quick and easy way to save money on matching products, ensuring a great price with superb customer service.

Note: We retain the right to not “price match” if it requires taking a loss on that product. We are fully committed to saving our customers money by going as far as our break even point on a product!  If you are a customer and would like to know if we can do a better deal, feel free to email us and include your zip code allowing us to get an accurate quote.  The price match only applies for stores that are an authorized dealer of the product, selling a non- auctioned, new from the manufacturer product that includes the manufacturer’s warranty.  If the competitor’s price does not include free shipping, we can match their price as long as the customer pays for the shipping.

Conditions:

• the competitor's gate must be a brand new gate.
  
• the gate must be the exact same gate (plus applicable accessories) by the same manufacturer
• the competitor's price must include shipping, taxes and any other fees that would be applied to their sale
• the gate must be listed at another online store and not an auction site (eg. eBay)
  
• you must supply us with the competitor's website for validation
• the competitor's price must be their current price
