How to Baby proof a house full of electronics and cords?

This item was filled under [ Baby Articles ]

I have a computer desk that’s all open. The cords are all hanging everywhere. And the living room is the only place it can go because of the internet set up. My baby is 6 mos. Do they make any kind of safety gadget to keep the cords away from him. Or what can I do? No idea on how to baby proof.

They sell a lot of gadgets for bundling cords at IKEA. Hope you have one in your area.
Or you might need to put up a barrier so your baby can’t get to the desk. They sell these fences for babies at baby stores and online, maybe you could surround the desk with it.

You can get things called cable tidies, they are a long bendy tube that will open up and hold all your wires and cables inside it. They sell them at IKEA or computer shops. Hope that helps!

Our computer desk is out in the open too. Just arrange the cords into one bunch and tuck them out of the way. My daughter never bothers them.
