What pet will my sister most likely should get?

She has a low budget. She likes small animals and fluffy animals. She cant have rabbits. Her budget aint high enough for rats or guinea pigs. She wants a pet that doesnt make big messes or makes loud noises. What pet do yall think she should get. She needs something to live in a cage?

She doesn’t seem to have the budget to care for any kind of animal properly. She doesn’t like messes or noises???
Get her a stuffed animal. It doesn’t sound like she really wants a real pet. It would be better for her and the pet if she didn’t get one.

umm probably a bird but look in the newspaper for cheap animals!
A mouse or hamster they aren’t expensive
Rats are te best pet I’ve heard but they aren’t cute and you said she couldnt afford one…
dont get a bird I’ve heard they’re a hassle (from a few people who have has them)
NEVER get a ferret they are horrible pets i know ppl with them adn they are just bad pets and incredibly high maintenance
Ask her to be a nice sister and get you some grammar lessons..
If she can’t even afford a RAT, then I would suggest a betta fish.
a frog, hermit crab, hamster, lizard, snake, some of those might help.
