How can i keep my very active cats from scratching at my bedroom door at 5am? I'm losing precious sleep!?

This item was filled under [ Pet Gate ]

I live in 2 huge rooms 1)Living room/kitchen – and 2) bedroom. I want to keep them away from my bedroom door (which I close but they scratch on.) Went to Babies "R Us and they didn’t have gates high enough to keep them in the living room. "Pet Away" spray does not work. Earplugs aren’t good enough.

I have 4 cats and they too did this for a while. What I did was get up, open the door and spray them with water from a spray bottle every time they did that. After a few nights of doing that, they eventually stopped. Good luck!!
