Outdoor Pet Gates?

I live in an upstairs apartment. I want to find a gate that I can use to block the stairs. They are cement stairs with railing. I want something that I could use at the top to keep my dog from going down the stairs. Does anyone know a type of gate that I could use? It would prefer it to be free standing or not require any bolting that would destroy the property.

You can get the wooden expanding to fit gates that they have for children, that is what we use

keep your dog in the house! EASY!!
But the gates they use for babies. No drilling required.
