  @PsychoticTwixBar7 while it is willingly eating the balloons, it is a health hazard to the dog. no matter how much fun it the doggy is having, it is still dangerous. The dog could have died from this. just because it didn’t doesn’t mean it could kill other dogs whose owners saw this video and decided to give it a try. get ur facts straight before you make a dumb comment.
