    Hey, I didn’t think the voices were a bad idea. I just thought you added them too often. Voices in 8-bit songs can be cool, it just has to be done only on a couple of parts so it doesn’t distract from the song.

    For example, the voice that says “awesome and cool. Got it!” is a good spot because that’s when there’s no melody. “Otters and seals do not fly” wasn’t because that was too soon after the last voice clip, so it was kinda tedious.

    Like I said, using 8-bit voices is not a problem. You just have to be careful not to use them too often. When used in the right amount, they’ll be able to enhance a song rather than distract.

    I hope this all helps! Have a Merry Christmas.

    Of course, to be fair, there were a lot of parts where the melody stopped. I can see why you had to add voices a lot.

    (Also, I may have no idea what I am talking about.)

    Again, Happy Holidays!

    i got to say the creators really overlook fluttershy. she’s my favorite pony but has been ignored since the start of season 2 by the creators. i don’t recall any season 2 episodes based mainly on fluttershy. if they don’t make an episode about her soon some SERIOUS SHIT IS GOING DOWN

    I prefer this version, as the voices sound scary O_o xD
    But i can understand why you used them, as there’s a couple of awkward pauses…
    But oh well ;) 8-bit voices are okay, but too much and it gets irritating.

    Its okay if there’s no voices. I sang along the whole time for them. :’D

    @Metal7771 I’m gonna guess that’s where those “scary vocals” occurred that were apparently reviled.

    I really didn’t like this song. It was more of a talking song than a musical song

    @Artenuga It’s a opera song.

  • Artenuga
    31 December, 2011, 12:26

    @Nickompoop
    Opera is in Italian and it’s musical at the same time. This is just talking musically with bouncy music in the background

    @Artenuga Opera is a genre of music, not music in one specific language. Watch Repo: The Genetic Opera and you’ll see what I’m talking about. Find a Pet sounds very similar to a lot of the songs in that movie.

    @Nickompoop
    Meh, it’s still the worst song of the series and that’s saying a lot considering Art of the Dress, Winter Wrap-Up, etc (Also Repo is in my top favorite movies!)
