  there should really be a compulsory intelligence test people have to take upon making youtube accounts; then we could filter it so we didn’t have to read the idiotic comments these fuckwits make all over the site.

  There is no cable around the dogs neck. It is a leash. Looks like there in his owners store. He just has him leashed so he does not get away. There is no cruelty here. I think its great. Dogs can do many tricks if taught. They are intelligent animals if given lots of love and time. Just like in movies.

  The dog is tied tot he BOTTOM of the chair, due to the angle of the video it may seem the dog is being hung though if you watch the end of the video you can CLEARLY see the dog turn around on his own and walk away. The amount of ridiculous people crying abuse is nonsense.
