Sorry that some of you think this is torture. Ppl dress up their children too,and that isnt Human Torture is it? The dogs loved socializing and were wagging their tails. I dont support cruelty,& work in a Healthcare NonProfit Org, the last thing I want to be is cruel.Makes me sad that people would be so rude when you don’t know the person.
