More than 100 people outraged by the death of 16 cats and the near-fatal neglect of hundreds more by a pet boarding home, will gather at Sungai Buloh police station tonight to demand that action be taken against the centre. The owners who sent their cats to the centre over the Hari Raya holidays will report the two operators of the home for criminal neglect. Together, the group hopes to pressure the authorities to arrest the operators, trace the other outlets they may have, and put them behind bars. @sks4400 Pet boarding pricing is between rm 10-25 per day depending on location (KL, Penang, or outside town). You get what you paid for, if its below rm 5.00, no insurance & unlicensed center, with bad care, and chance of cat dying.

The pet owners are irresponsible by sending their cats to a CHEAP shit motel. Kalau betol2 sayang, send it to the rm 15.00 per day. Put your money where your heart is.
Remember the old saying – If it is too good to be true, it is possibly too good to be true. The petknode advertising is rm 5.00 a day, unheard of pricing. With this pricing you know you WILL NOT GET QUALITY CARE. This is the part of the irresponsibility of the owners that no one is highlighting. Nampak murah jer terus serbu… sekarang dah kena… ha padan muka.. kucing jadik mangsa kerakusan owners and profiteers.
@justifyer24 I agree with @bdkkecoh… kita teliti kes ini secarara menyuluruh.. sebab pet owner yang hantar ni semua nye nak murah nye boarding.. sebab tak sayang kucing nak kasik derang rm15.00++ boarding. Kalau bayar murah, dapat servis murah lar, with chance of your cat maltreated and dying. You ARE NOT COMMITTED TO YOUR CAT BY GIVING THE POOR CAT CHEAP BOARDING!
Good to see that there are still people who are so emotional and passionate to rescue these poor cats. I wish the same emotions and passion can be shared to cows, pigs, chicken and such who experience such horrible conditions every day. Our compassion should go beyond cute animals and should not be limited only to those animals whom we don’t eat.
Saya ada dua ekor kucing dahulu di hantar ke Pet Boardig untuk bercuti raya, satu hari dikenakan bayaran RM30 sehari..i..jadi 2 ekor adalah Rm60 untuk selama 5 hari..bayaran keseluruhannya RM60 x 5 = RM300..
Pada saya tuanpunya kucing pon turut bersalah kerana nakkan harga murah untuk boarding kucing2 mereka dan tuanpunya kedai Petknode lagi bersalah besar kerana menganyayai kucing kucing yang tidak bersalah dan tidak berdosa itu..!!

What about those who paid premium & get some shitty treatment?Opss..no treatment at all?Not all pet owner opt for cheap ass RM5.00 package la weh..One of my friend opt for RM25 package and what she get is NO SERVICE AT ALL…!!! @mytungkai Change pet boarding. I dont think Petknode mean these cats harm, i think major blunder and mismanagement, they didnt expect hundreds of people coming in a big rush because of the stupid low price and cheap pet owner mentality. Or they entrusted some banglas to manage the animals and the banglas probably fled away, while the petknode owners totally couldnt handle it and balik kampung. The poor cats are victim of business greed, mismanagement, and owner’s kiasu cheap rush mentality.

@AfroMalaya um i didnt not say anything about prices. all im saying is by sending the cats to a boarding service doesnt mean ur less commited to ur pets..since u brought it up …the ad clearly SAYS HARI RAYA PROMOTION….well if that place is always known for its standard prices…so if say.. A grand hotel of 5 star is having a promotion buffet from its usual 60 ringgit per head and its now down to 15 ringgit per head should i assume that they are serving shitty food?

even murah boarding pun takde la sampai MEMBUNUH KUCING..its not an acceptable excuse….kucing terbiar kat luar rumah aku pun (yg takde rumah pun) aku kasik biskut …regardless whatever you people are accusing of, neglecting animals is not acceptable and is inhumane
kalau dah byr murah, walaupun expect a service thats less accomodating than the full priced one, at least kasik la makan minum…ni tak…kucing terbiar dalam urine..feces pun tak terjaga….baik tak payah bayar langsung…this isnt u get what u paid for..its U DONT GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR…
@AfroMalaya pet owners arent stupid lah…if they had known by paying less than 5 ringgit could end up with 16 dead cats…they wouldnt send them there….i understand if u pay less u get less attention but i dont expect a shitty treatment like not giving them food and water for 9 days….taulah kalau byr sikit takdpt 5 star treatment..ni byr sikit tak dpt treatment langsung …org tak bodoh lah

@bintiquickly No one said management is not at fault, but there is an irresponsible part of the owners yang nak murah sangat serbu tempat tu sebab rm5.00 a day.. it is the rush menality response, almost kiasu-like of the owners that cause too many cats and furthermore, petknode being greedy, irresponsible and a bunch of con artists, exacerbate and worsened the situation.These are the factors that create the conditions that triggered the massacre. Jgn emo, pikir betol what caused it.
@AfroMalaya Due to this fact, parliament wants to table a 100,000 and 10 years jail, but that can only occur in the next parliamentary session. And the prosecution cannot retro, so they have to “sebut” the case only after the amendments has been passed. Quick question, is KTAJ a legal organisation? Jgn pertubuhan haram sudah lar. Civil suit against the owner is the best, other than premise lockdown by city council and summonses.
