Like with dogs where you can look at their teeth…is there a way to "age" a rabbit?
I found a larger male….he must be a "mutt" because he came from a gated community with tons of domestic looking rabbits (all diff colors) running around. They must have started as pets and multiplied. No predators….so lots of rabbits. He has the markings of an english spotted rabbit and weighs probly around 7 pounds.

There is no sure way to tell unless you know the date of birth. This is always recorded on a rabbit’s pedigree if it comes from a breeder.
I raise rabbits and you cannot tell which of my rabbits are the older ones (5+ years) or the young ones (1 year and under.)
Once they reach maturity, around 6-12 months they pretty much stay the same.
So there is no way to tell how old this rabbit you have is. Just enjoy having it as a pet and companion. rabbits are great pets.
i dont think so but thanks for trying!~
ask any vet. hosp/ coll. online
I can’t think of a way. Their teeth are similar to finger nails, they grow continuously (which is why they need to chew).
Yes, when you eat it and it is tough and chewy, it is an old rabbit. If the meat is fine then it is a middle age, if it is tender and juicy it is a young rabbit
Up to 14 weeks old, a rabbit’s age may be determined by measuring the size of hind feet and ears. After this time the only accurate method of age determination is by weight of the lens of the eye.
The lifespan of a domestic rabbit ranges from 7-8 years, although some rabbits can live up to 15 years.

cut it in half and count the rings
i dont think so but ask a vet
No real accuracy. if they’re small and new looking, BUNNY is probably a few months old.You can learn to gauge the approximate age by looking at the shape of the body, the condition of the eyes and skin. Hope helps a little.
I’m not really sure but i found with mine the younger they are the more active they are. when they are about 4 yrs old they are what would be us in our 40′s. 11 years to our 1. the older they are the more they like to rest.
