African Grey

These parrots are medium sized and are usually of a greyish colour. This is a grey parrot but you can see them with red heads and wings. For speaking you can't get better than this type of parrot. They can actually speak words clearly, imitating accents. It can not be guaranteed that a Grey will ever speak. It has been known for Grey's not to show any sign of talking. These generally scream a lot so need lots of play time to keep them happy. Once bonded, the bird will be loyal and will love you more than you can think possible.

Conure

These parrots are small sized and have very big tails attached to their bodies. They come is many different hues and are clever. They are jokers, they will play all day. They are good for learning cool tricks and remembering them. It require patience to teach these parrots how to speak. The down side of having a prrot like this is that you need to spend a large amount of time with them, its best for people who stay home a lot.

This is due to the fact that they need many hours of training every day to instill proper behavioir. You need to train these birds early in order to stop them screeching a lot.

Macaw

These parrots have been known to survive for about more than fifty years and knowing this you should be ready for a long relation with your bird. Parrots come in all sizes, this is a big sized parrot so get a big parrot cage. To make the bord comfortable get a high and wide cage. This bird will need to get used to the family so let it out of its cage to fly around as much as possible.

It has a very strong beak and a tendency to bite out everything possible. Give them lots of toys so they they dont attack your furniture and ruin it. Stimulate this parrot constantly with toys.
